When I was introduced to yoga, I felt as if a missing puzzle piece was revealed through this practice. Without realizing it, I had been interested in uniting the breath, body, and mind since my youth. I’m inspired to live by that unity and share the practice of yoga and mindfulness to help others lead a happier and more peaceful life. I have been very fortunate to be deeply inspired by many teachers to further share the beauty and practice of all the aspects of Yoga. As a 200 hour ERYT, I am blessed to join this family and serve the community with the fruits of yoga and mindfulness.
