Bryce stepped onto his mat for the very first time at Urban Om Power Yoga!
As one of our very first students, he dove head first into what was to become a deeply transformative practice for himself and soon found that, through the practice of yoga and integration of mind, body, and breath that true healing can be accessed on a deep and powerful level.
For the past three years, Bryce has sought continual growth in all areas of his life and brought every challenge and success to his mat for transformation and celebration. 
 
Bryce’s journey into physicality began in 2012 with swimming and water polo and has transformed to include running, weight training, CrossFit and yoga. He loves pumping out intense and sweaty sequences to the perfect playlist, balancing strength with softness – all while guiding each student into their deepest and truest posture, both on and off the mat. Whether it be a slow-moving flow or an up-tempo chaturanga party, class time with Bryce will always involve light-hearted connection, sweaty challenges, and a dreamy savasana.
