Before David became a yoga instructor, he served 10 years in the Marine Corps as a drill instructor and martial arts instructor trainer. ￼He has been been a personal trainer for the past 5 years. and now a yoga instructor. He believes in having a well rounded healthy life style. Through yoga is when David found a solid balance of strengthening his mind, body and soul. He loves to have a great time during his flows and make it an enjoyable experience for everyone.
