Steph grew up in central Florida as a competitive gymnast, cheerleader and distance runner and has always enjoyed being active. In 2014 while attending the University of Central Florida she was encouraged to try her first hot yoga class as a way to relieve soreness from running and was instantly drawn to the sense of community and the combination of physical and mental exercise.
Steph is a passionate yoga student and teacher who aims to share mindful and dynamic yoga flows as moving meditations with her community. She believes yoga is the best way to quiet the aches of the body and worries of the mind allowing you to connect to your true self and with others around you.
Outside of yoga Steph works as a business analyst in the financial tech industry and enjoys reading fiction, runs with her dog, and vegan cooking.
