SPRING HAS SPRUNG
As our Florida temperatures start raising and our humidity comes back, the studio may start feeling sweatier than it has recently. Humidity plays a huge role in how the room and your practice feels. Please make sure to hydrate well, toss some electrolytes in your water bottle, and monitor how you feel and take rest in child’s pose or lay on your back if you need it.

If you know your sweat spills off your mat, your neighbors and instructors would appreciate it if you bring an extra towel to soak up your puddles of joy after class.

PRICE CHANGES
We always want to be able to offer you the most yoga for your money, so we have been absorbing the ever increasing costs that have been happening over the last several years. It has come to a point that we can’t sustain that any longer and have to make some pricing adjustments come May 1st. We wanted to give our wonderful and loyal yogis the chance to stick with current pricing by joining our Monthly Unlimited Recurring package priced at $108.
If you sign up before May 1st, your rate will never increase as long as you keep your package active and current.
