7:30am- Vanessa (75 min Hot Power Flow)
9:15am- Krystal (75 min Hot Power Flow)
Closed for the rest of the day to enjoy your family, friends, and food!
Black Friday, Friday November 29th
6:30am- Cancelled for sleep and digesting
9:15am- Lori (75 min Hot Power Flow)
4:30pm- Frankie (60min Hot Happy Hour)
6:00pm- Frankie (60min Hot Happy Hour)
We can’t wait to celebrate with you and sweat it out on the mat!
